For your consideration, a morality tale for those of us who deal with clients.
My first response to this YouTube video was the rueful laughter you get when you can completely identify with a situation; my second reaction was to ensure that this never happens to me again (ha!).
I’m sure you all have your own horror stories.
I’m SERIOUSLY thinking of including this video in future RFIs...
