It's 11.20 Irish Summer Time (UTC+1) and no sign of a link on the Mozilla Firefox European (EN) download page.
Hope it's Eastern Standard Time at least...

According to the BBC, the Mozilla Firefox v3 will be released at 18.00hr British Summer Time (UTC+1).
